An enjoyable mess...

Posted : 14 years, 4 months ago on 2 January 2010 12:36 (A review of Spider-Man 3)

Spider-Man 3 is an entertainingly flawed film. I am first going to say what the flaws were of it. The story was a mess. There were too many stories going on at the same time which was over the top. Pretty much the whole film had more than just one story going on. There was one story regarding Harry's revenge on Peter which is probably the main one of the film. It suddenly stopped during a fight but I think this is something that most people including me must have thought as the film was going on: "When will that part continue?" It eventually does but it feels like it was postponed or suspended so to speak for a time. The main thing that was flawed about Spider-Man 3 was that there were too many villains because as I said there were too many stories going on at the same time and because there were two more different ones: Sandman and Edward Brock Jr./Venom it became rather silly. I thought the ending was slow and very flat which didn't leave you with anything. It did keep me entertained despite that because I enjoyed the action.

Tobey Maguire proves once again that he the only and most perfect actor to play Peter Parker. Tobey is a fantastic actor and he has made Peter Parker his own character in this trilogy. Peter's life starts to become from bad to worse with his relationship with Mary Jane Watson and his friendship with Harry Osborn after learning Peter is Spider-Man who "killed" his father Norman Osborn who was the Green Goblin. Peter Parker/Spider-Man always will be Maguire's most famous role unless he wins an Oscar in the future. Kirsten Dunst was good as MJ but flawed a few times especially with her moments of talking about her career which did become a nobody-gives-a-shit sort of feeling. James Franco made a good villain as Harry Osborn/New Goblin which left me with a big question: why wasn't James Franco at least a favourite if not playing Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars: Episodes II and III. He was all innocent when he suffered from amnesia but became a cold villain in fights with Peter. He was really innocent because he became twisted by his father to kill his best friend. I like Sandman and Venom's characters don't get me wrong but I think that their appearances in this film are a bit pointless.

Sam Raimi tried too hard to entertain the viewers with all the characters. It was entertaining still but he overdid it. Spider-Man 1 and 2 weren't over the top in entertainment. They just focused more on the story whereas this one was the opposite. Spider-Man 3 is a minorly disappointment. Pirates Of The Caribbean: At World's End and Shrek The Third were bigger ones though. It is the worst of the trilogy. It is like the X-Men: The Last Stand of 2007 apart from Spider-Man 3 is better than that one. I was hoping that they wouldn't do a fourth Spider-Man film but after learning that there is not only going to be a fourth but a fifth as well I think that the Spider-Man franchise might be ruined or I might be surprised and the fourth and fifth might turn out like Sin City, The Dark Knight and Spider-Man 2 on best comic book films. I know that Iron Man II has a lot of superhero characters involved so I really hope that film doesn't be like this one with too many stories going on. Spider-Man 3 is like The Phantom Menace of the Spider-Man films. I can only finish my review of Spider-Man 3 by describing in three words (like my whole review but in three words): an enjoyable mess.

Terrifying thriller!

Posted : 14 years, 4 months ago on 2 January 2010 12:33 (A review of Zodiac)

Zodiac is a very powerful thriller that features a very bizarre serial killer. After realising that Zodiac was directed by David Fincher and had a really good ensemble cast, it drew my attention to it. It is said to be one of the hardest crime cases in American history. What I think is so clever about Zodiac is because it is about a very smart serial killer who sends puzzles to the newspaper reporters about who or what his/her next victims and how they died. Zodiac is a psychological thriller that is tense but not that tense. The film did end with some unanswered questions which I wasn't really expecting. Zodiac is a rather weird film because there has never been a serial killer that matches how hard it was to catch and a person who kills his/her victims in different ways with different codes.

Jake Gyllenhaal was very good as Robert Graysmith because involving the Zodiac killer case he is like a rookie to the reporters and the cops. Robert is a young man who lives with his family. As he gets closer into the Zodiac investigation he must protect his family from the Zodiac killer because he/she attacks anyone, anywhere, anyhow and anytime. That is where it becomes very tense. Jake has been in films where he hasn't earned very much credit apart from Zodiac and his Oscar nominated performance in Brokeback Mountain. Robert Downey Jr was awesome as Paul Avery who accompanies Robert in the Zodiac investigation. Mark Ruffalo and Chloรซ Sevigny were good in this film as well.

David Fincher has created another amazing psychological thriller that is considered one of the best out there. His directing was awesome indeed which is very typical of Fincher to do so. His directing was a lot like a cult crime film that has a slight bit of horror in it. He has created another great piece of work that marks another great film on the list of David Fincher films. Zodiac isn't his best and it isn't his worst film neither. I was impressed by how well this film was written. It was written really well which seems to be a bit of a hard challenge for true stories. It was a very complex film that does leave a few unanswered questions as I said.

Jake Gyllenhaal's performance is awesome but he is a lot better in Brokeback Mountain. It isn't Robert Downey Jr's best either. He was better in Iron Man, Chaplin and Tropic Thunder. Out of the five David Fincher films I have seen, Zodiac is the fourth best out of them. It isn't as good as Fight Club, The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button and Se7en but it is better than Alien3. Zodiac is one of the top thrillers of 2007. Overall, this film was really good but wasn't as awesome as I was hoping. Maybe a re-watch in the future might make a difference.

Great sequel!

Posted : 14 years, 4 months ago on 2 January 2010 12:32 (A review of 28 Weeks Later)

What a brilliant sequel! 28 Weeks Later has pretty much the same as 28 Days Later apart from more action but not as exciting dialogue. 28 Weeks Later is an intense film to watch but it isn't better than the first one. What 28 Weeks Later has more than it's previous film is that there is more action involved but there is a lot more gruesome and gory violence involved. It is one of the very few horror films that I really enjoyed just like 28 Days Later. It is a very dark story of seeing Britain like it is. I Am Legend is a rip-off of this one more than the previous film.

Robert Carlyle was good as Don. Don is a married man who has 2 children. He lives in a cottage with his wife Alice and a few other survivors. Once they're ambushed, there becomes a very terrifying moment for Don when he witnesses his wife being trapped in the house with the Infected inside as well. He reunites with his son and daughter and he has to tell them about what happened to their mum. When you see Britain all wiped out of the Infected, it isn't all as it seems and there is a surprise coming your way that will rock your world.

I am actually glad that Danny Boyle didn't direct this one because I don't think he would have made it as good but then again when hasn't Danny Boyle not made a good film. He did produce it though and I am glad that he only did that. After hearing that he might do 28 Months Later, I hope that one won't be bad especially after Boyle's giant success Slumdog Millionaire.

28 Weeks Later is a fantastic sequel but it isn't as good as 28 Days Later. It is one of the best horror films of 2007. It is one of the best sequels of all time too. I was predicting that it would be like how the Saw sequel turned out to be but I was wrong and it turned out to be a fantastic film. Highly recommended just like 28 Days Later.

Too much like 28 Days/Weeks Later but still good..

Posted : 14 years, 4 months ago on 2 January 2010 12:32 (A review of I Am Legend)

I Am Legend is definitely one of the cleverest science fiction films of the decade. I don't really see what some people hate about this film. It was an absolutely awesome, scary, tense, hard-hitting, action packed thrill ride that makes you feel like you're on a really fast and stomach-wretching rollercoaster. To me, I Am Legend is one of the best blockbusters of 2007. I was blown away by how terrifying it could be for anyone to be the only person left on Earth and how nervous you would be at night because of this and the monsters (were humans but are now infected by the virus in the film) that come after anyone at night. How would you be able to live life normally with nobody there? That's the point; we have no idea but on the other hand it does give a slight brief description of what it MIGHT be like. One thing that disappointed me was the ending because it was sudden and also it did leave quite a few unanswered questions. This film is hopefully preparing for a prequel of how the virus began and how all living things on Earth were on the brink of extinction. Can't wait for that film!

This is one of Will Smith's most serious performances as Doctor Robert Neville. Robert made his family move away from Manhattan for them to be safe while he was stuck living with a female German Shepherd called Sam. Will was probably the best choice for Robert Neville because Will is a really dramatic actor and a very deadly, action-packed kind of actor which fits ever so well with the character. Robert tries to find ways of curing these people but must avoid getting him and his dog killed. When at night, he outsmarts the Hemocytes by keeping the whole house sealed where no light comes out of it so they can't get him and his dog. Will Smith can be any kind of character he wants to be because he really is that kind of actor to do that.

I Am Legend is in my opinion both the science-fiction and thriller of 2007 because it gave me new ways of seeing what future science-fiction films can hold for us. I Am Legend is probably my favourite Will Smith film so far. I Am Legend is a film with a very hard-hitting way of seeing people. I Am Legend is one of those films that some people could only watch once but I could definitely watch it more than once.

A beautiful journey about love and friendship

Posted : 14 years, 4 months ago on 2 January 2010 12:31 (A review of The Bucket List)

This film is a beautiful journey on friendship and love. This film was surprisingly funny. I knew it was going to be humourous but I had absolutely no idea that I would find it hilarious. This film teaches how precious life is even when you're terminally ill. It also tells that life should be lived to the full and shouldn't be lived in unhappy misery. It showed that life was a gift from God. This is a very emotional film that has absolutely heartbreaking scenes as well as absolutely beautiful ones as well. The Bucket List is a very blessed film to watch that will melt hearts from everywhere.

Jack Nicholson was brilliant as Edward Cole. Edward Cole is a corporate billionaire who has a terminal illness. The way Jack portrays him is absolutely typical Jack Nicholson because he is hilarious, a real charmer and a bit of an idiot. It was Edward's idea of the bucket list and going on an adventure with Carter. Morgan Freeman's performance as Carter Chambers was awesome as well because he was really emotional and funny at the same time. Freeman was better than Nicholson in The Bucket List because Carter was more of an emotional character than Edward. Carter just had a bigger heart.

The directing from Rob Reiner was absolutely brilliant. It was a pleasant experience watching The Bucket List because it teaches the meaning of life and how it should be lived. It also shows us of the emotion of losing our loved ones. The script was absolutely awesome that was written to make people cry and to make people laugh. It made me laugh a lot but didn't quite make me cry.

The Bucket List is a purely brilliant adventure that I think everybody should watch. It should be watched by everybody anyway because it stars two aging actors who are extremely talented. The Bucket List isn't one of the best of 2007 and it isn't one of the worst either. The Bucket List is one of my favourite dramedies (comedy-drama) though. It is a very heartmelting and heartbreaking film that will touch people right until the very end.

Pathetic but hilarious!!

Posted : 14 years, 4 months ago on 2 January 2010 12:21 (A review of Mr. Bean's Holiday)

I know that most people think it's a pile of crap but I think it is a very enjoyable entertaining film. I think Mr. Bean's Holiday is one of my biggest guilty pleasures because deep down I know it's crap but I can't help but find it hilarious. What I think it so good about it is that it always keeps you laughing all the way from the start right to the very end of the film. It feels like the humour within the film never lets go until the ending credits roll up. Sometimes, I feel embarassed that I like this film but it is bloody hilarious! I have watched it numerous times. It is a very stupid plot obviously but an enjoyable one at the same time.

Rowan Atkinson is an idiot but is one hilarious actor. One thing that I think was very different that not many people like about this one is that Bean actually talks whereas he doesn't at all in the original Bean movie. Well he mumbles most of the time in this one and the other one but has a few moments in Mr. Bean's Holiday of talking. Rowan Atkinson was fantastic as Johnny English. I love that film but I have to say he's awesome as Bean. Seeing Rowan portray Bean is one of those things where people will be unsure whether Rowan was good or absolutely crap. That's the trouble playing really clumsy witty characters. Jim Carrey playing witty, idiotic characters is another one especially in Dumb And Dumber and Me, Myself And Irene. The young boy in this film was really good. When you see him in girls clothes in the film, he really does look like a girl especially an Asian or just a really tanned dark haired girl.

Most people think that the directing was absolutely appalling but I don't think it was that bad as a matter of fact. It seemed to be a bit like cheap filmmaking but I thought the directing where the screen was the view of a video camera was absolutely incredible! I really do appreciate this film for being what it is not beause it is crap.

Mr. Bean's Holiday is crap but I really like it which is why it is my biggest guilty pleasure of all time. Rowan Atkinson is a hilarious guy but a total idiot when it comes to playing idiot characters. Mr. Bean's Holiday is one of the funniest films of 2007. It isn't that far from reaching my favourite comedies either. There are three simple words that explain my whole review: "crap but hilarious."

Boyle has done it again!

Posted : 14 years, 4 months ago on 2 January 2010 12:19 (A review of Sunshine)

After a first viewing in 2007 of Sunshine, it disappointed me. I hadn't watched 2001: A Space Odyssey before I watched Sunshine so I didn't really like what I experienced. After I did see 2001: A Space Odyssey and then Sunshine I loved it! The story is very unusual but it does adapt together very well a lot like 2001: A Space Odyssey. It wasn't a very long film but it seemed quite a slow story which was the actual point of Sunshine. It is a film that is quite terrifying because of the sun dying. Yes, the sun will die but not until billions of years time. The story is a real take-on with 2001: A Space Odyssey but I still like that film more than Sunshine. Sunshine is beyond any other science fiction film of this decade (except WALL-E) because of the visual design and how it was filmed. This film is quite beautiful as well because it does show us the pure beauty of space. It is terrifying as well because some sort of monster comes onto the ship and tries to stop the crew from saving mankind and the sun itself. That monster is a bit like HAL 9000 because they both try and stop each other's missions. That is where it is a bit of a sci-fi horror film. This may sound weird but it is a bit like us giving our sun a paracetamol or antibiotic for it to get better so to speak.

Cillian Murphy was good as Robert Capa. Robert is a physicist who operates the massive nuclear device. He becomes the hero of all of them. Chris Evans was better in this film than he was in the two Fantastic Four films. I liked the whole cast of this film which also includes Bond girl Michelle Yeoh.

Danny Boyle has directed Sunshine like no other director could. He directs this story a lot like how Stanley Kubrick directed 2001: A Space Odyssey. Boyle has created a sci-fi film that is bloody amazing and is very realistic. Boyle fascinated me a lot with Sunshine because he has directed films with different genres and themes. The script was really awesome from a really well filmed story. The visual effects are just amazing which is typical and original of a space film. It was very realistic effects. I think the space scenes involving the sun and space itself was filmed inside a massive hall or somewhere like that but will a lot of computer design to make the space effective. I wasn't keen on this one to start with but after seeing Danny Boyle's great success with Slumdog Millionaire and it the Oscar favourite for Best Director and Best Picture, I thought I might as well give this film another did in which I did. I don't regret watching this film again because this became an amazing piece of filmmaking. This is the science fiction film of 2007.

Trainspotting is my favourite Danny Boyle film definitely. Sunshine is one of my top 10 science fiction films ever. Masterpiece! Sunshine is the 2000's (decade not century) of 2001: A Space Odyssey where it is loved for its creative storyline and amazing visual design but where it can be hated because of slow dialogue and 'bad' effects. It depends on the individual person. Sunshine is definitely one of the best British films ever and is probably the best science fiction British film of all time. Carry on bringing us more masterpieces, Boyle!

One of my favourite films just for entertainment.

Posted : 14 years, 4 months ago on 2 January 2010 12:18 (A review of Shoot 'Em Up)

I knew that I was going to like Shoot 'Em Up but I had absolutely no idea I was going to like it as much as I really did. Yes, it was a very silly film but at the end of the day it is just a kickass piece of entertainment. I think I loved pretty much everything about this film. It was just the way it was filmed, the way it made me feel just by watching it and also what the characters were like. I have to say that this film is just amazing and I was left speechless at the end of the film in which not many action films have been able to do so. Shoot 'Em Up is a film that I have rated 5-star because of its entertainment which is why Shoot 'Em Up is probably my favourite film for just entertainment nothing more. It was explosive, unbelievable and very exciting. Watching this film was a lot like you being a bullet out of a gun and you have been shot out of it. This film was pretty funny as well because of the cool catch phrases and also the characters. I loved the sound effects and visual effects on this film a lot. The sound effects were a lot like Transformers effects but not similar visual effects as Transformers though.

I have one question that should have been answered two years ago: Why isn't Clive Owen playing James Bond? Daniel Craig is awesome but Clive would have been better. Mr. Smith is a lot like James Bond in this one because he's a hero but he kills people not for pleasure but for just his job but in a slightly cold way in which James Bond does. Clive reveals his true colours as an actor in this film because he is ultimate kick-ass and really looks like a cool dude in this one. When you see him eat carrots and speaks really cool lines it adds a lot more spice and coolness towards the character. Also, the situations that Smith gets himself into like the scene with the pregnant woman and the baby and also the sex scene that shows that he can get himself in almost any sort of situation. It was rather strange to me seeing Paul Giamatti as a villain because he played a really heroic supporting part in Cinderella Man but in this one he wasn't only rather cold hearted as hitman Hertz but he was a bit of an idiot who always makes mistakes playing this cat-and-mouse game by trying to get Smith, Donna and the baby. Hertz and his men try to kill Smith but he outsmarts them pretty much every time and Hertz either mutters to himself about failing or just takes his anger or frustration out on his men. I do not believe how good Monica Bellucci looks for her age. I cannot believe she is in her mid 40s. She looks like a really hot mid 20s woman in Shoot 'Em Up. Her performance as Donna was just awesome because she gave Donna all of the characteristics and the type of body she has. Donna is a prostitute who gets into an awkward situation with Smith by trying to fight off against Hertz and his men. She is at first a bit of a bitch but as she gets closer to Smith and closer to the baby, she reveals that she does have a sensitive side to her personality as well as a dirty side.

Michael Davis makes this a really kick-ass piece of entertainment that could be watched repeatedly by anybody. To me, if the James Bond franchise didn't have to have a decent storyline, he would have been a good director for a Bond film. He would have been good for Quantum Of Solace especially after that was the biggest letdown of 2008. Michael makes us feel like we are on a rollercoaster ride that takes us upside down, left to right etc because it was so intense and so explosive. There were some bits in the film that I didn't really understand. It is quite a complex story to watch as well but it didn't effect my liking for this film at all. Shoot 'Em Up is one of Clive Owen's greatest films. Clive has done quite a lot of films and yet he hasn't disappointed me once. I liked his character in Shoot 'Em Up more than films such as Children Of Men, King Arthur, The Bourne Identity and Elizabeth: The Golden Age but he was better in Sin City and especially Closer than Shoot 'Em Up. I really liked Paul Giamatti in this one. After seeing him play a villain in this film, I now understand that he can play a villain as well as a hero. I realise that Monica Bellucci is in her 40s and is around the same age as my parents but I couldn't help but just stare at her throughout the whole film because she was just so stunning. I would love to see Michael Davis bring us more action films that will be very intense and explosive like this one.

It is the action film of 2007. Yes, higher than Hot Fuzz. However, Hot Fuzz is a better film than Shoot 'Em Up. As much as I loooooove Hot Fuzz I just find Shoot 'Em Up more entertaining. Shoot 'Em Up is a very explosive action-packed thrill ride that will make you jump out of your seat. You will be blown away by how intense this film really is and how fun it really is. Including the action involved, it is a film that will make you laugh as well. It is one of the best films of 2007 in my opinion and is one of my all-time favourite action films. In fact it was so good with the action, it is my 4th favourite action film behind Indiana Jones And The Raiders Of The Lost Ark, Aliens and Kill Bill: Volume 1. It is a masterpiece of entertainment that I could watch over and over again. Whoever hasn't seen Shoot 'Em Up watch it now and watch with lights out and with an open brave moment for the intense action.

Great graphic novel adaptation!

Posted : 14 years, 4 months ago on 2 January 2010 12:15 (A review of 300)

What I really love about 300 is that it is such a cool film with a lot of graphic comical violence within it. After all, it is a graphic novel and it is meant to be. I really like the beginning of this film but I love the ending! The violence was just absolute kick-ass because it was comically graphic and that is pretty much what sums up 300. 300 has some slow-motion scenes within the action scenes which I think is the complete coolness of the film. 300 became a successful blockbuster but had mixed reviews. I admit that most people rate it really high and love it for its action but I don't just love it for that but also for its story and characters. I also admit that it is very overrated because of the action within it. I seriously don't see why people hate this film. It is just so fun! 300 isn't a serious film but it is just a film of pure entertainment. I don't really see why this is called a science fiction film. The only way it could be is the violence but there isn't any mythical or imaginitive creatures within it at all. At first, I was worried about this film because a graphic novel about history?! I thought "This is going to be ultimate crap!" However, when I watched it, I really enjoyed it. This is a very different kind of graphic novel compared to Sin City. The only thing they have in common is they are both violent films but in their own ways.

Gerard Butler made a very good King Leonidas but one thing that did slightly annoy me about him in it was his voice. You can't tell it is Gerard Butler in this film. If you see him in films like P.S. I Love You, RocknRolla or Phantom O The Opera then you definitely can. He was awesome in the action scenes but because he was in it, he made Leonidas a heartthrob that instantly catches women's attention as well as being an action hero. This film isn't just filled with violence but it has quite a bit of sex and nudity within it especially in the sex scene at the beginning and also what most women would like to see: men in just a pair of pants with six-packs. King Leonidas is the king of the Spartans. They are being invaded by the Persians. He and his 300 soldiers are sent to battle to defend themselves. The odds are against the Spartans because there are millions of Persians.

Zack Snyder directed this film really well in my opinion. His work wasn't really anything major but it was just pure entertainment which is what graphic novels are. Sin City is a serious and entertaining film still because it is such a famous film. The violence used is so cool! The script was ok. I guess, it could have been better but it still was pretty good. I have heard and read better scripts in the past but it is a script of entertainment so that satisfies me.

300 is one of my favourite action films as well as one of my favourite comic book films of all time. 300 is better than Watchmen in every single way! Simple as! 2007 was a great year for action films as well as cinema. Action films like The Bourne Ultimatum, Shoot 'Em Up, 300, Sunshine and Transformers are some of the best films of 2007. It is a kick-ass film that I would watch when I'm in the mood for a kick-ass thrill ride.

A great cast making it a magical experience!

Posted : 14 years, 4 months ago on 2 January 2010 12:14 (A review of Stardust)

Wow! What an absolutely amazing film this is. Stardust is one of those films that is so beautiful to watch that just has a very simple story that you don't really need to focus very hard on regarding the story. There are some fantasy films that have some very messed up stories but adapt well in the end but this one didn't mess up at all. I find Stardust to be a very realistic story of how some of us would wish life would really be like. It is a film that made me wish that life was like that, well; a fairy tale even though I know it is very far from it. Stardust is a really funny film as well because of the characters involved. They are all just so original. Stardust is a film that is adapted from a novel of the same name. It is a British story. I do think that we Brits are the best at creating fantasy novels. We created Harry Potter, Narnia, Dark Materials, Lord Of The Rings and many more as well as Stardust. This film rivals with The Golden Compass for best fantasy film of the winter. Both are good films but Stardust is better in every aspect including more realistic effects, story and characters within. All of the characters bring a Disney like feeling to them with all the heroes and the villains, the funny characters and also the effects within. Stardust reminds me a lot of Enchanted and The Princess Bride because of this. Despite of the feelings of Disney about this film, I am glad this wasn't made by Disney because I think it would have flawed big time but it didn't flaw at all and it also would rival with Enchanted.

Stardust definitely has one of the best ensemble cast ever in my opinion with lots of talented actors and actresses. Charlie Cox was good as Tristan Thorn because he was a real charmer for the character and a really brilliant hero in the film that makes him like a Disney prince which made his acting really surprising. Claire Danes is the lead actress in this film and she is absolutely amazing as star Yvaine. She was probably the best choice for Yvaine because she is bloody gorgeous and she is a star anyway. Michelle Pfeiffer was the best out of the whole cast in this film. Pfeiffer looks really good for her age but she certainly does know how to portray a terrifying villain. Her character was like Susan Sarandon's in Enchanted apart from Lamia is a more interesting character. It was funny seeing Pfeiffer looking like an over 100-year-old woman but then seeing her like her ordinary self. She should play more villains in the future but not in a fantasy film because could ruin her great reputation of Lamia in this film. I was unsure of what to make of Robert De Niro in this film to start with but when I watched it, I was actually really surprised. He always plays every character so well no matter what sort of person they are. It was weird seeing Robert play a gay pirate but it was really good as well because I have always seen him play straight characters in the past. Perhaps he just decided he selected Stardust for fun not for serious Oscar worthy acting. Other cast members Mark Strong, Ricky Gervais, Sienna Miller, Rupert Everett, Jason Flemyng, David Walliams, Mark Williams, Ian McKellen, David Kelly and Peter O'Toole were all absolutely brilliant in thie roles as well.

Stardust is a beautifully filmed piece of treasured magic that I loved first time and loved again second time. I think I probably will after more viewings now. It is one of the best films of 2007 which is one of the best years in film ever. It isn't the best fantasy film of 2007 but it is the smartest and simplest though. It is better than both The Golden Compass and Enchanted. Stardust is a family masterpiece that is targeted at the right people and is made in the proper manner and it seems a pleasure, an honour and really good fun to be filming and be part of such a fantastic film like Stardust.
